Winter Camp is a chance for campers in grades 6-12 to go deeper in your faith and be equipped with more tools to live the adventure in every season.

It’s a whole new take on high adventure with once-a-year winter activities and key teachings focused on empowering you to live out your faith in your school, family, parish and community.

Winter Camp FAQ

How much does Winter Camp cost?

A session of Winter Camp costs $195 per camper. This includes activities, food and lodging for the retreat.

What should my camper pack?

Please pack according to the forecast! We will be making the most of the outdoors so coats, hats, gloves, and boots are highly recommended! Download the full packing list here.

What are the drop off and pick up times?

Arrival: (Friday)
5:00 – 6:30 P.M.- Registration
Dinner for campers to follow

Closing: (Sunday)
11:00-11:30 A.M. – Testimonies
11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. – Closing Mass

How do I cancel a Winter Camp registration? What is the refund policy?

Please note that each reservation includes a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of reservation. Any additional payments are eligible for a refund up to 1 month before your retreat, after which point our costs are committed and we are no longer able to provide refunds.

We are sorry, but this policy also applies to cancellations that may arise as a result of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances as our contracted expenses are also binding. If possible, transfers to another session can be made without charge.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@damascus.net.
