Winter Camp FAQ
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. We are sorry, but this policy also applies to cancellations that may arise as a result of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances as our contracted expenses are also binding.
All Winter Camp reservations include a $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your spot.
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the first day of Winter Camp: Refund minus $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of Winter Camp: No refunds
Arrival: (Friday)
5:00 – 6:00pm: Check In
Dinner for campers to follow
Closing: (Sunday)- Parents & family are invited to testimonies and Mass! (*Please note the Mass time is earlier than in previous years!)
10:00 - 10:30am – Testimonies
10:30 – 11:30am – Closing Mass
